1. OVERVIEW

Pro Streaming USA provides professional services including live streaming, virtual and hybrid event production, audiovisual production, and related event services. Because our services involve time-based bookings, staffing, equipment reservations, and preparation, refunds are handled according to the terms outlined below.


2. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

  • A deposit may be required to secure your event date.
  • Deposits are non-refundable, as they reserve crew, equipment, and scheduling.
  • Any payments made toward completed or ongoing work are non-refundable once work has started.

3. CANCELLATIONS

If a client cancels a confirmed booking, the following applies:

  • More than 14 days before the event date:
    Payments made may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit and any completed or committed costs.
  • 7–14 days before the event date:
    Payments are non-refundable, but a rescheduling credit may be offered at our discretion.
  • Less than 7 days before the event date:
    No refunds will be issued due to staffing, scheduling, and production commitments.

4. RESCHEDULING

  • Requests to reschedule must be made in writing.
  • If availability permits, payments (excluding non-recoverable costs) may be applied as a credit toward a new date.
  • If the new date is unavailable, the request will be treated as a cancellation.

5. NO-SHOWS & CLIENT-RELATED ISSUES

No refunds will be issued if services cannot be completed due to:

  • Client no-shows
  • Venue access issues
  • Delayed schedules
  • Missing permissions or credentials
  • Failure to provide required information or access links

6. SERVICE CORRECTIONS

If a service does not meet the agreed scope due to our error, we will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue. This may include adjustments, edits, or re-delivery of content. Refunds are not guaranteed for subjective preferences when services were delivered as agreed.


7. FORCE MAJEURE

Pro Streaming USA is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, power outages, internet failures, government actions, or emergencies. In such cases, we will work with clients to reschedule where possible.


8. THIRD-PARTY COSTS

Any third-party expenses such as venue fees, platform fees, travel bookings, licenses, rentals, or shipping are non-refundable if they cannot be recovered.


9. DIGITAL DELIVERABLES

Once digital deliverables (recordings, edited videos, graphics, or files) have been delivered or access has been provided, refunds are not available except where required by law.
